You're invited to participate in the 2021 Ascension St. Joseph's Foundation Charity Golf Classic. This year's tournament supports the Maternal/Infant Fund. Proceeds will be used to purchase new fetal monitors, fetal monitor carts, newborn bassinets and hearing testing equipment for the OB department. Your participation in our golf outing will make a positive impact on our newest patients, our sweet newborn babies.
COVID-19 precautions and protocols are in place to keep all attendees safe. All activities and meals will be held outside.
Look for streamlined registration, breakfast, box lunches, and 50/50 raffle opportunities. Awards will be determined after the event and mailed to winners.
Event is held rain, snow or shine. In the rare occurrence of course closure, rain checks for golf will be issued.
Mulligans: $5/player (max 4 per team)
50/50 Drawing: $5/ticket, 3/$10 or 7/$20
Outdoor Package Raffle: $5/ticket, 3/$10 or 7/$20
Lotto Board Raffle - $100 worth of Michigan Lottery Instant Tickets: 1/$10, 3/$20, or 10/$50
Skins: $20 per team; 50% of proceeds benefits Ascension St. Joseph's Foundation

Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and companies, and include golf for 4-8 players (depending on package), on-course beverages, breakfast and lunch, recognition on signage and other media.
